Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing & HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and HVAC systems, including water heaters, boilers, air conditioners, and heating systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and manufacturer instructions to ensure accurate installation.
• Conduct thorough inspections of systems before and after installation to ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure smooth and efficient project completion.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and explaining system operations to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and job sites.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in plumbing and HVAC installation.
• Valid plumbing and HVAC certifications or licenses as required by state and local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems, including current codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds).
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
